You’ve read the book “Free To Focus” by Michael Hyatt and identified 6 steps you can follow to make your week as productive as possible.
The first step is to write down all of your biggest wins from the past week. This is necessary for the right attitude and in order to remove regret about what has not been done.
The second is to review the previous week to understand how far you have come, what helped in this, and what, on the contrary, prevented, and decide how you can eliminate the interfering factors.
The third step is to review your lists and notes from the past week, decide which of them to include in the schedule for the new week, and in what order, and which should not be included at all.
The fourth step is to review your goals, planned projects, events, appointments and deadlines. This will remind yourself of them, which will help you act proactively rather than reactively.
The fifth step is to schedule the Big Three for the week. Highlight the top three things to do for the week and focus on them for the coming week.
The sixth step is to plan time for recovery and rest – for physical activity, communication with loved ones, time for yourself.
Read on and you will learn about a system that will help you understand what you really want and achieve the goals that are important to you.
